NutriVera sells standardized sports nutrition products, dietary supplements for daily physical support, and nutritional wellness items. Each individual product must carry its own distinct label stating ingredients, net weight, batch number, and expiration date. The product pages detail the ingredients, quantity, and form of each formulation. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary slightly.

Order submission is completed at checkout. Confirmation is sent electronically, while the sales contract is concluded upon dispatch of the products for transport. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock depletion or inability to verify your details, refunding the full amount paid.

Prices are expressed in EUR and include applicable VAT where relevant. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout prior to final payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error is identified prior to dispatch, we reserve the right to correct it, providing you with the option to confirm or cancel the order.

Shipping methods, estimated timeframes, and applicable charges are set out in detail in the Shipping & Payment section. Responsibility for the formulations transfers to you upon delivery.

Photographs accurately depict the supplements we dispatch. Color tones on your screen depend on display settings, browser, and ambient lighting. A slight variation in packaging shade does not constitute a defect, nor does it establish a right to a free return or compensation. Dimensions, precise composition, and label ingredients are listed on each product page.

We remain fully responsible for orders until they are delivered by the carrier to you or to the designated recipient at the stated address. Thereafter, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Visible transit damage must be noted in the presence of the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

You retain the right of withdrawal and product return within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the terms of the Returns section. In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection in Greece, NutriVera provides a legal warranty of conformity for all sports nutrition products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, packaging damage prior to delivery, or discrepancies between the applied label and the contents, valid until the stated expiration date provided storage instructions are followed.

• Customized orders or products made to the customer's specific order.
• Food products with a short best-before date or perishable items requiring special storage conditions.
• Packages of sports nutrition supplements whose tamper-evident seal, protective film, or safety cap has been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and biosafety.
• Goods that, after delivery, by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items.
• Sealed printed workout programs or digital coaching materials that were unsealed by the consumer.

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek law, the company's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific order or to the amount of 100 euros. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Placing an order requires you to be at least 18 years of age. Supplements must be taken strictly in accordance with their label instructions and do not replace professional medical advice under any circumstances.

These terms are governed by Greek law and European Union consumer protection law. The courts of Athens are designated as competent for resolving any dispute. If any dispute is not resolved through direct dialogue, jurisdiction lies with the courts of our registered office, subject to statutory rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
