The estimated delivery timeframe applies to business days from package dispatch. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require an additional 1-2 business days.
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day. Upon successful placement, you will automatically receive an email with your order number.
All sports nutrition products are packaged in reinforced boxes with internal bubble wrap and shock-absorbing protective material. Powder tubs and capsule packs feature a heat-shrink security seal or an inner cap seal, protecting the contents from moisture, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stress during transit.
Once the package has been processed, an email and SMS are automatically sent with the unique tracking number (waybill) for real-time tracking of the shipment.

We will immediately launch an official inquiry with the courier service and, depending on your choice, arrange to reship your products or issue a full refund within 10 business days of your request.
Inspection upon delivery: In case of visible damage to the outer carton, report it immediately to the courier. Photographic proof: Take clear photos of the packaging and the product label. Contact within 48 hours: Send the details and order number to [email protected] for an immediate replacement at no extra charge.
We accept transactions via Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We assure you that we will never ask for your card details or online banking credentials over the phone or by email.
